Yes. The Free plan allows one website with 2,000 pageviews per month and 6 months of data retention – free forever, no credit card. All core features (live analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, conversion tracking) are included.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. All plans can be cancelled monthly – no minimum term, no notice period. Annual plans are 17% cheaper and can likewise be cancelled at the end of the term at any time.
What happens if I exceed my pageview limit?
Logiwolf keeps collecting data and sends you an email notification. Accounts are never locked. You decide whether to upgrade – if not, your current subscription simply continues until the next billing period.
Which payment methods does Logiwolf accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), TWINT, PayPal, plus invoicing for annual plans and enterprise customers. All amounts in CHF including Swiss VAT (8.1%).
Are heatmaps and session recordings really included in every plan?
Yes – including the free plan. We charge no premium add-ons for core features, unlike Matomo for example, where heatmaps and session recording each cost around €21–33 extra per month. With Logiwolf you pay for volume only.
Are there discounts for NGOs, schools or open source projects?
