We deliberately offer no phone support, not out of convenience, but because we can keep the quality of our answers higher by email. As a rule we reply within one business day, and usually faster for technical questions.
Data processing agreement (DPA)
For customers in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and the EU we provide a prepared data processing agreement on request. Because Logiwolf processes no personal data and hosts exclusively in Switzerland, the DPA process is far simpler than with US providers, with no standard contractual clauses and no Schrems II reasoning required. Reporting security issues (responsible disclosure)
If you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to security@logiwolf.com. We usually respond within 24 hours and work according to responsible disclosure principles.
