US hosting after Schrems II – what DACH SMEs need to know
Fathom hosts in the US and Canada. It's cookieless and GDPR-friendly technically, but the US transfer stays a legal issue: since Schrems II (2020), US authorities can access US providers' data under the CLOUD Act and FISA.
